Narragansett Bay Club Achieves 50 Homes Sold! New Custom Homes To Be Released Soon.

There are five neighborhoods planned for Narragansett Bay Club.  The initial building phase of three neighborhoods (1) Beach Village, (2) Tennis Village and (3) Hillside Village are completely sold, with the exception of six custom homes to be released in the coming weeks.  The next phase of the development’s five neighborhoods will be announced in the Summer of 2025.
