About Vanderbilt Founded by Stacie Mills and Peter de Savary
Vanderbilt International Properties Ltd. (VIP Ltd.) is a boutique real estate firm specializing in unique and luxury Properties in Newport, RI and the surrounding areas. The real estate firm was founded by two partners, Peter J. de Savary and Stacie E. Mills. Peter de Savary was a well- known international entrepreneur who created, marketed, and sold very high value real estate. While the firm was formed in 2010, Stacie and Peter’s working relationship dates back to 2001. Through fifteen plus years of their successful working relationship, they built an impressive network and database for marketing and selling luxury real estate.

Originally from Texas, Stacie has worked in sales and marketing for new developments for over 30+ years, with over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. Stacie has brokered deals from Chicago to England, Atlanta to Abaco, and Grenada to Barbados, although today, the Newport area is Stacie’s primary focus.
When not working on a client’s marketing campaign or negotiating a real estate deal, Stacie enjoys hosting tailgate parties at Polo, sailing around Aquidneck Island and working on a number of charitable causes. Stacie and her faithful furry friend, Sargent, live in Newport.

Mary is very familiar with the Newport area and has lived with her husband and two sons in Jamestown since 2001.
Mary’s well rounded background includes real estate, resort hospitality and several years with the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C.
